Happy International Women's Day
Posted: March 8, 2021
Jim shares his favorite posts celebrating women…
International Women’s Day was first celebrated in Germany in 1914 and has since become an international day observed on March 8.
I love women! I was born to one, married one, had one as a daughter and gained one as a daughter-in-love! So, here are some of my favorite posts on these wonderful creations!
- A case for women in ministry. From Deborah the judge to Mary Magdalene who was entrusted with the world’s most important message—”Jesus is risen”—to Junia, an honored apostle, the Bible has consistently celebrated women.
- Jesus’ elevation of women In a Jewish culture where men thanked God they were not “a Gentile, dog or woman,” Jesus broke taboos of publicly speaking to women, teaching women and treating them as equals with men!
- Top ten things my mom taught me
- What was Paul thinking when he wrote 1 Timothy 2:12?

Celebrate the day by sharing this post on your social media. Thanks!
