Graze Anatomny

by Greg Asimakoupoulos

Posted: May 20, 2007

Not all appetites are created equal…

Metabolisms
are unique.
So it's not fair
to say I sneak.

Three squares a day.
Who says?
Not me.
I have a graze anatomy.

I have this need
to snack and munch
by 10 or so
and after lunch.

And then come 3
or maybe 4,
I have the urge
to eat some more.

But do not think
I've lost control
I only eat till
I feel full.

My meals are many
but they're small.
And so I don't
gain weight at all.

So please don't judge
my feeding craze.
While some pig out,
like cows I graze.
